      In case of comminuted fractures of the right skull, orbit and zygomatic arch caused by a car accident, skull repair and zygomatic arch fracture reduction are needed after emergency treatment. Titanium mesh is designed for the skull defect to fit the defect. The porous implant is designed in the orbital part to reduce the mass on the basis of satisfying the mechanical properties, and the porous structure is conducive to the bone tissue growth, ensuring the stability of the implant. The whole implant is fixed to the zygomatic arch after reduction to restore the maxillofacial function and morphology. The traditional titanium mesh needs to be bent before or during the operation, which is time-consuming and inaccurate, without suitable implant to repair the orbital morphology of the orbital defect. With the 3D reconstruction technology and 3D printing technology, it is more convenient to treat such cases with a large number of bone defects.
