Total knee replacement is caused by severe knee arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and osteochondral necrotizing disease. According to the CT data, 3D reconstruction is carried out, and the normal lower limb force lines were found on the reconstructed model, so as to make the prosthesis fix the interface, distribute the stress evenly, and restore the physiological balance of the knee ligament forces. After the completion of the design of the prosthesis, the finite element analysis, verification and optimization will be carried out.。
